Overview Shift: Full-Time, Nights, variable shifts working 7:00 pm - 3:00 am, 10:00 pm - 7:00 am or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, for 80 hours per pay period. There is a holiday and weekend rotation. Requirements

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and timely manner.
Perform clerical duties including patient registration, chart preparation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Coordinate communication between physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures as required.
Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.
Maintain office supplies and support departmental organization.
