Assigns scheduled visits to appropriate team members, communicates with clients to confirm visit dates and times. Prepares and distributes monthly schedules, maintains accurate electronic schedule in EPIC. Work in collaboration with all agency team members. Principal Accountabilities: Assists with team members scheduling including weekends Maintains calendars for team members schedules Manages communications for assigned clinical team members Manages various reports Orients new employees Assists with management of IDT and staff meetings Assists with scheduling and managing annual competencies and mandatory in-services. Qualifications Required: 1. High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred: Ability to use office equipment efficiently including computer proficiency Ability to work in a team setting Highly organized Demonstrates excellent communicative and customer service skills Ability to identify problems and seek the appropriate assistance to rectify them Ability to work with diverse group of colleagues and customers at all levels of the organization
