Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in residential plumbing, with a focus on service.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect.
• A deep understanding of plumbing equipment.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow.
• The ability to express the utmost respect with the time in our client's home.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work late when the job at hand requires it.

Responsibilities

• Service new and existing customers to provide a customized solution to fix the issue at hand.
• Serve as a leader in the plumbing field to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide customers with solutions for their Plumbing systems.
• Follow-up with existing estimates to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales.
• Diagnosing; leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, low water pressure, etc.
• Repairing/replacing broken pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, shower valves, etc.
• Emphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing options.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck.
