Position Summary The primary responsibility of this role is to fix and alter costumes for family shows and concerts. This role will pay an hourly rate of $34.00-$38.00 (per the CBA). Benefits: As outlined in union contract. This position will remain open until April 24, 2026. About the Venue As a leading entertainment venue, PPG Paints Arena is the regional epicenter for athletic events, concerts, and family shows in Western Pennsylvania, and home to the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in costume alterations and/or sewing.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work long hours, including a varied schedule of daylight, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, sort, dye, handle, and press costumes as needed.
- Assists with the dressing of and making changes for performances during family shows and concerts.
- Other costuming needs as necessary.
