About The Position
UDR is looking to add to our teams and hire for a Union Service Tech Relief at our Leonard Pointe community (180 units) and located in Brooklyn, New York. Starting pay rate: $19.56/hr per Union guidelines. The Service Technician diagnoses problems and makes repairs, including electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structural, and appliance repairs. Union Service Technicians are directly responsible for making ready vacated apartments for re-leasing. Associates may be certified in one or all of the skilled trades in which they are responsible.
