Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionally.
• Answer phones with courtesy, prepare for self-guided tours, and proactively address customer needs.
• Provide resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support.
• Facilitate routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responses.
• Ensure timely entry of service requests and conduct routine inspections for organized common areas.
• Monitor security systems for a secure environment.
• Implement security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away.
