About The Position

The Server is responsible for maintaining a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and coworkers and for providing exceptional customer service while serving food and beverage requests. Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a food server within a casual full-service restaurant environment required.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language (English) used in the workplace.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and a flex shift if needed.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations and policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons.

Responsibilities

• Ensures station and table set-ups are complete, replenished, and ready for service at the start of the shift and performs side duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team.
• Accurately takes food & beverage orders and serves all food and beverage requests while utilizing a suggestive-selling technique and adhering to service timing standards.
• Pre-bus all tables throughout the guests dining service and ensure that tables are cleared upon the completion of the guests’ service.
• Responsible for entering guest orders into the point-of-sale accurately, presenting guests with completed guest checks, and for securing/processing proper payment methods.
• Routinely ensures that the guests experience is satisfactory and initiates recoveries when presented with guest-issues.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and guest-service equipment.
