The Union Mobile Building Engineer is responsible for ensuring ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and other installed systems, equipment, and components. This role requires interaction with clients, client staff, and other vendors, as well as internal collaboration with the Assistant and/or Chief Engineer and the Sr. Facilities Manager. The engineer will perform a variety of tasks including maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation systems, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes.
