Job Description Summary Load Bank Technicians diagnose and repair all types of load banks to ensure proper working conditions; troubleshoot and repair load banks, resistor racks, power distribution items, trailers, and low voltage cables associated with load banks; dismantle, reassemble and rebuild load banks; conduct preventive maintenance and perform safety inspections on load banks. Load Bank Technicians may perform work in the shop and in the field but limited to load Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills banks. Load Bank Technicians shall not perform scope of work historically and traditionally assigned to Shop Mechanics and Field Mechanics, except for work related to load banks. All other terms and conditions of the Shop Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without modification. Base Pay Range: $50.05-52.05 The hourly wage depends on the agreed rate under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement for this location.
