About The Position
Siemens and the UA National Plumbers and Pipefitters Union operate under a Master Agreement regarding HVAC mechanical work, ensuring competitive wages, benefits, and pension. All candidates will either need to be a Union Member or if they have valid Trade experience, they will need an approved authorization to work under our Bargaining Agreement from the Union. Siemens will share information and coordinate with the union to ensure candidates operate under our Bargaining Agreement for Compensation, Pension, Health & Welfare. Candidates will provide the completed authorization to Siemens, prior to starting work. Siemens will make Payments in accordance with our Agreement, on behalf of the successful candidate to the Union. This position is currently open only to applicants who are eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Green card holders are welcome to apply.
