Impactful, Stable, Year-Round Work: As an Equipment Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting site operations and meeting your community's waste management needs-with consistent, year-round employment you can count on. Union Position & Competitive Pay: Starting at $30.12 per hour (80% of the union contract rate), you'll earn $33.89 per hour (90%) after 6 months and $37.65 per hour (100%) after one year.
