Join a Leader in Environmental Services LeMay PCR, a division of Waste Connections, is hiring a Union Rear Load Garbage Truck Driver in Frederickson, WA. Full scale is $33.51/hour, as outlined in the Teamsters Local 313 collective bargaining agreement. Requirements

Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement (Class A not required)
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in waste management, trucking, or heavy equipment operation, and must not have held more than three jobs in the past five years.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic knowledge of truck components for pre- and post-trip inspections
SAFETY SENSITIVE: YES

Responsibilities

Safely operate a rear-load garbage truck along designated routes
Collect refuse and recyclables according to route sheets
Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
Operate hydraulic controls to lift and dispose of waste
Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling items over 100 lbs
