What To Expect The CDL Driver will safely deliver goods, provide excellent face-to-face customer service, and assist with warehouse tasks as needed You'll ensure orders are accurate, represent our company on-site, and help keep operations running smoothly Local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites Safely and efficiently operate vehicles, truck mounted forklifts, warehouse forklifts Assist in day-to-day functions of warehouse operations while following safety practices Load and unload trucks Maintain accurate checklists and delivery logs Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, material handling practices, and load securement policies Communicate with supply center team and customers for accurate, on-time delivery Review discrepancies from inventory and notifies Branch Manager Accurate receiving and pulling of product to ensure accurate inventory Ensure all merchandise is properly racked and tagged Assist Warehouse Supervisor/ Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and quality Associated Materials, LLC, provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance. Qualifications Union position, starting wage is $31.00/hour. The actual wage offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A is required for this position
  • Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience
  • Clean driving record - no more than 3 violations in the previous 3 years
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Lift or move up to 100 lbs.
  • Standing, walking, and moving frequently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with building products is preferred
  • Moffett experience preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities
