About The Position

The Union Benefits Coordinator will independently manage payroll reports, process union payments, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring accurate remittance and reconciliation of accounts. This role involves communication with unions and fund administrators, utilizing SAP, and providing excellent customer service to various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Remit union payments and reconcile general ledger accounts for US union benefit payments.
  • Research and process trust fund discrepancy correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile union benefit general ledger accounts.
  • Maintain union benefit folders and remittance forms.
  • Manage assigned cases in Service Now.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external departments.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and internal and external company departments to promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as needed or assigned.
