As a result of continued growth, we are currently seeking new and current Union 669: Sprinkler Apprentices in the Baltimore, MD area.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Problem solving skills and the ability to coordinate and work with others
• Strong mechanical background preferred
• Proven ability and track record of performing work in a timely manner and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Receive a 4 or higher on the NJATC Electrical Trades Aptitude Test developed and validated by the American Institutes of Research
• Discharged military personnel must provide their DD-214 forms

Responsibilities

• Apprentices will complete on the job training by working with a journeyman sprinkler fitter installing automatic fire protection systems
• Successful completion of the necessary courses to obtain journeyman status as directed by the JATC
• Other related duties as assigned
