About The Position

The Lead Uniforms Associate supports and oversees daily Uniforms Department operations and serves as the primary point of leadership in the absence of the Human Resources (HR) Supervisor. This position ensures that uniform inventory, distribution, tracking, and guest service standards are met while supporting the HR Supervisor in executing departmental objectives. The Lead Uniforms Associate provides work direction to Uniform Associates, assists with vendor coordination, and upholds departmental procedures to maintain consistency, efficiency, and budget awareness within the Uniforms Department.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to perform basic math calculations for inventory management.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Must have working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory-tracking.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
  • Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
  • Must provide valid documentation of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
  • Must be physically able to perform all job duties including standing, bending, and moving inventory.
  • Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
  • Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
  • Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and special events.

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurate par levels of all uniform items, including tops, pants, specialty garments, and accessories, within the Wardrobe Room.
  • Conducts regular inventory counts and monitors usage trends to identify replenishment needs.
  • Processes purchase requests and prepares preliminary order recommendations for the HR Supervisor’s approval.
  • Assists the HR Supervisor with vendor orders and monitors shipment accuracy, and back orders.
  • Oversees uniform issuance, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintains a comprehensive database of all uniform items, including stock levels, team member uniform assignments, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Ensures all equipment is functional, safe, and properly maintained; repair or replacement needs promptly.
  • Communicates with vendors regarding product availability, price quotes, and samples.
  • Prepares and updates monthly inventory and reports for review by the HR Supervisor.
  • Supports implementation of cost-saving practices as directed by the HR Supervisor, who maintains full budget responsibility.
  • Assists with uniform program updates, such as new department rollouts, rebranding, or style changes.
  • Ensures uniform procedures and service standards are consistently followed by the team.
  • Provides daily supervision, guidance, and task assignments to Uniforms Associates.
  • Trains new Uniform Associates on uniform issuance procedures, guest service expectations, and inventory protocols.
  • Assists in monitoring staff performance and reports any issues to the HR Supervisor.
  • Ensures a positive, safe, and productive work environment by modeling professionalism and accountability.
  • Provides excellent internal guest service to all team members and partners.
  • Responds promptly to uniform-related issues or requests from departments and escalates concerns appropriately.
  • Participates in audits, special projects, and uniform-related events as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as directed by the HR Supervisor.
