About The Position

As a Uniforms Clerk, you’ll coordinate general administration and uniform operations and assist in all administrative services in a fast-paced, mile-a-minute atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication
  • Be detail-oriented, organized, time-efficient
  • Preferably have experience with Salesforce, Google Mail, Google Applications (documents, spreadsheets, forms) and iOS Systems
  • Minimum 1 years experience in general office setting and clerical work or related area
  • Have a positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
  • Some college preferred; High School diploma or GED required
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably have experience with Salesforce, Google Mail, Google Applications (documents, spreadsheets, forms) and iOS Systems
  • Some college preferred

Responsibilities

  • Data entry in Salesforce and Google Suite applications
  • Working directly with our uniforms vendor to monitor and track website orders and backordered items
  • Receiving shipments and supplies arriving to our warehouse- duties to include processing, sorting, counting, folding, and storing
  • Packing and shipping website orders
  • Maintaining a well-organized warehouse and managing inventory accordingly
  • Performing other related job duties and special project functions as assigned
