The Uniformed Unarmed Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and visitors at our facility in Evansville, IN. This position involves monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The associate will serve as a visible deterrent to potential security threats while providing assistance and guidance to individuals on-site. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are essential, as the associate will interact with a diverse range of people daily. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement.
  • Strong observational abilities, which are essential for identifying potential security threats during patrols.
  • Effective communication skills are vital, as the associate will need to interact with a variety of individuals and convey important information clearly.
  • Conflict resolution skills will be utilized when addressing any disturbances or issues that arise on-site, ensuring a peaceful environment.
  • Organizational skills are important for maintaining accurate records of daily activities and incidents.

Responsibilities
