About The Position

As a member of the Uniforms team, you will ensure team member satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. This position oversees and supports the operation of the uniform room. Our employees represent the Broadmoor brand and are Ambassadors of our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or related experience and/or training.
The employee is required to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds and 100 pounds with assistance.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate filing system for uniform issues and controls uniform inventory.
Works with department heads in purchasing new uniforms and maintaining inventory levels.
Ensures all employees are uniformed appropriately.
Communicate with all departments to ensure all uniform needs are met.
Monitor and ensure cleaning and re-distribution is accomplished in a timely manner.
Inspect new uniforms upon delivery.
Ensure correct quantity is received in correct sizes and quality of uniform upon delivery.
Creates work schedules and monitors payroll.
Ensure department is staffed appropriately.
Assist in all uniform department areas as necessary.
Ensure prompt, efficient service to our team members.
Maintain a good working relationship with all employees.
