ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for a Uniform and Equipment Issue Attendant.
Description:
Operates one or more washer machines/dryer.
Manipulates valves, switches, and levers to start and stop washer/dryer machines.
Ensures properly set water temperature, detergent and like items for lathering.
Loads and unloads washer machines and dryers.
Monitors detergent and like items usage and notifies supervision of reorder point.
Folds, restocks, and issues clothing/equipment in support of FLETC students/staff.
Maintains counter attendant duties as required.
Cleans laundry machines and sinks weekly.
Daily ensures dryer machine lint vents are clean.
Identifies and reports any maintenance concerns to supervision or maintenance.
Identifies and reports any safety concerns to supervision or safety officer.
Inspects and surveys uniform/equipment items in accordance with policy.
Assists and backfills Stock Clerks with training gear as needed.
Always maintains a professional appearance and excellent customer service.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be a US or Naturalized Citizen, and possess a valid U.S. Passport or REAL ID.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to wash/operate a motor vehicle.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and physical exam.
• Must be able to work a flexed shift Monday through Friday.
• Must be punctual and have great attendance.

• Preferred sewing experience.
