About The Position

As a Uniform Control Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the laundry service experience for our internal guests. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (Preferred)
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Preferred)
• Knowledgeable with Invo tech System (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Help guests with any uniform needs and deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring it aligns with our company’s standards and brand values.
• Manage the uniform inventory, including assigned items, garments being cleaned, and overall stock.
• Use inventory software to keep track of employee uniforms, applying barcodes, RFID chips, and name labels when needed.
• Operate uniform machinery like conveyor systems, heat sealers, pressing equipment, washing machines, and steam irons.
• Assist with receiving new uniforms and disposing of damaged or unusable items.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper chemical use for cleaning.
