Unified Track & Field Coach Assistant
About The Position
Silver Lake Regional High school is in search of an assistant coach to help with training and management of the high school Unified Track & Field program. Qualifications: Experience coaching Unified athletics; experience working with a wide range of students, including those with intellectual disabilities Previous high school coaching and teaching experience is preferred Responsibilities: Teach the skills and strategies of track and field to student-athletes in grades 9-12. Be a role-model and teacher of track and field, including practice, game day coaching, conditioning of athletes, supervision of athletes, maintenance of practice facility and equipment. Determine awards for students and provide the athletic department with a list of team needs. Communicate regularly with families as needed. Salary is $1000 for the season
Requirements
