Tyto Athene is searching for a Unified Communications (UC) Specialist to support a critical initiative to modernize and support our Social Security Administration customer at a variety of locations. Responsibilities: Provide technical support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customer telecommunications equipment, analog phones, VoIP phones, AudioCodes equipment, and Valcom overhead paging equipment Repair and maintenance: Perform hardware repairs and replacement on telecommunications equipment, ensuring proper functionality. Customer Service: Assist customers with their devices, ensuring they understand how to use their assigned telecommunications equipment Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both electronically and verbally. Training and development: Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards Experience with overhead paging systems, Valcom and/or Bogen, operation, installation, and maintenance Knowledge of operations and maintenance of AudioCodes MP 504/MP524s, operation, installation and maintenance Other Duties as Assigned
