About The Position
The Senior Unified Communications (UC) Engineer will support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES), a global communications network for the Department of Defense. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes. The engineer will be responsible for managing Tier III voice and video services, ensuring system performance, and providing troubleshooting support for complex network issues.
