Unified Communications Engineer
About The Position
The Unified Communications Engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced communication systems, ensuring seamless integration of voice, video, data, and messaging, and providing support to resolve issues and enhance communication efficiency. They also troubleshoot issues, provide updates, and proactively resolve problems. This position also provides after-hours support. The role of Unified Communications Engineer includes multiple levels. The hiring team reserves the right to determine appropriate level placement of our final candidate. Level and salary upon hiring are commensurate with years of relevant experience. Please reach out to recruitment for information on levels and corresponding compensation.
Requirements
- Recommended bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent technical certification and experience combination.
- Recommended 5 – 10+ years’ experience working within the Unified Communications field in an engineering capacity.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare IT experience preferred.
