About The Position
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to join our team. Under direct or general supervision, the Unified Communications Engineer's role is to ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, video, and wireless telecom services. In addition, the Unified Communications Engineer will participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all Telecom hardware, software, and communication links. This position will also analyze and resolve Telecom hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
