Our work depends on a Unified Communications Specialist joining our team to provide state-of-the-art Information Technology (IT) engineering and management leadership to enable our customer to increase mission success and enhance mission capabilities in the critical areas of national security, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience)
• 3+ years of related experience
• Avaya, Microsoft TAC, Power BI
• TS/SCI clearance
• U.S. Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

• Performs site surveys
• Identifies equipment needed for deployment
• Updates trackers as required for proper configuration and installations
• Installs, tests, documents, and trains of newly installed solution
• Monitors and troubleshoot EVoIP systems
• Identifies potential problems and responding quickly to mitigate any impact on system performance
• Assists with inventory tracking
• Assists with O&M
