The Unified Communication Performance Analyst will play a critical role in deploying, configuring, and managing SL1/VOSS, our new enterprise monitoring tool for Unified Communications. This tool will monitor and ensure the performance of critical communications systems, including Skype for Business (SfB), Microsoft Teams, Cisco CMS, Cisco Phones, and VTC. As the primary point of contact for UC system performance, the successful candidate will act as the first line of defense, working independently to ensure that all communication systems are running optimally and efficiently. This position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn and implement new technologies while maintaining operational stability. The ideal candidate will be able to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues, making a significant contribution to the reliability and success of our communication systems.
