About The Position
The Unified Communications (UC) Engineer III plays a critical role in the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Cisco Unified Communications networks and systems. This position involves working with various Cisco technologies, including Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Cisco Call Manager, and collaboration tools, to ensure seamless voice, video, and collaboration services. The engineer will also be responsible for planning and executing upgrades and migrations from legacy PBX systems to modern solutions.
