About The Position
The AXIS E&S Underwriting Trainee Program is designed to prepare participants for a successful career in the Excess & Surplus Insurance Industry. This program aims to develop highly trained underwriters through independent and on-the-job training, enabling them to assume future underwriting positions. Trainees will gain critical underwriting skills by observing and working with underwriters, actuaries, and claim representatives, while also establishing effective relationships with peers, customers, and brokers.
