Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
2+ years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or related roles.
Proven track record of accuracy, consistency, and quality of work.
Ability to take on projects and responsibilities beyond daily tasks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality underwriting support with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Serve as an experienced team member capable of handling complex assignments with minimal oversight.
Take ownership of additional projects that support underwriting operations and departmental goals.
Work towards collaborating with Senior Underwriting Support Specialists to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
