Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
Great PC/keyboard skills.
Willingness to adapt to change.
A positive attitude and the ability to excel in a team environment.
Good problem-solving, decision-making skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

1 to 3 years of Commercial, Specialty and/or Farm/Ag rating experience.
Introductory insurance coursework and/or designations.
Knowledge of, or experience in, Farm/Agribusiness/Commercial/Specialty insurance products.

Responsibilities

Rate and issue new business policies
Process renewals
Process policy changes from Agents, Insureds and Underwriters
Provide general processing support to Underwriters and Agents
Organize and maintain paperless files
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers via phone and e-mail
Meet or exceed service standards
Maintain positive relationships with associates and agents
