Underwriting Supervisor

The Personal Auto Underwriting Supervisor is responsible for leading the Personal Lines Underwriting team, ensuring quality and timely processing of underwriting tasks. This role involves reviewing exceptions, making determinations based on underwriting rules, and optimizing team productivity through effective scheduling and work assignment. The supervisor will also focus on training, performance monitoring, and fostering positive relationships with independent producers and internal partners.
