Requirements

• You have at least 7 years of experience underwriting, preferably in the high net worth space and you are comfortable owning a book of business.
• Direct, empathetic communication is a staple in every aspect of your day, and you thrive on building connections with people.
• Y ou know how to gather and analyze all the data you’ll need to make a decision on a risk.
• You work with pride and determination .

Responsibilities

• Business Management: Reviewing your book of business , tracking performance, and analyzing market conditions and competition.
• Broker Partnership: Building and managing broker relationships, developing goals and strategies, and collaborating to craft tailored solutions for members.
• Underwriting Execution: Oversee new and renewal underwriting, select risks per company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up and closing of accounts.
