About The Position
Joining the Ocean Cargo team as an Underwriting Specialist, you will be responsible for underwriting risks in a book of business within a specified territory. You will work within specific limits of authority on assignments requiring significant technical complexity and coordination utilizing our underwriting policies and guidelines, rating manual rules and insurance laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Ocean Cargo experience and work on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week) from our local offices.
