Requirements

• Proven underwriting experience in WorldRisk and/or Foreign Casualty.
• Successful record of selling products to clients.
• Deep technical expertise in NA Casualty lines of business including product features, forms, regulatory environments and risks.
• Ability to analyze financial statements.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Customer and sales-oriented behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a range of programs and processes, handling complex underwriting.
• Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and make sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, judgment, and a risk mindset.
• Build effective relationships with brokers and deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and learning while mentoring and developing colleagues.
• Facilitate personal growth and career development, supporting succession planning.
• Play a key role in new business development, including attending broker events and building new relationships across the market.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $96,000 - $121,000.
