The Lynx Specialty Underwriting Intern will work alongside a diverse team, to assist and support the Underwriting team.
Requirements
A current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Risk Management & Insurance, or a similar field. Two years of course work completed towards a degree (Junior or Senior) would be preferred.
Minimum GPA to apply is a 3.0 on a scale of 4.0.
Must be in the same geographic location as the job (Cincinnati, OH) or willing to relocate yourself. This is NOT a remote position.

You must live in the United States (Cincinnati, OH area) and be authorized to work in the United States without requirement of employment sponsorship/visa.
Responsibilities
Receive training to assist in the underwriting of property insurance.
Review and analyze reports to make informed underwriting recommendations.
Support underwriters with coordinating and processing polices.
