About The Position
This internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain real-world experience in a corporate environment while contributing to meaningful projects that aim to improve health care. The program spans 10 weeks, running from June 2nd to August 8th, 2025, with virtual onboarding activities scheduled for May 28th to 30th, 2025. Interns will work full-time, typically 40 hours per week, and will be compensated at an hourly rate of $23. The internship is designed to immerse participants in a culture of continuous improvement, providing them with the chance to learn and grow professionally. Interns will be aligned with specific projects that they will lead or contribute to, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting. The program also includes networking, development, and career exploration activities, enhancing the overall internship experience. Interns will have the opportunity to connect with peers to coordinate housing arrangements, although no housing or stipend will be provided. The position is hybrid, requiring interns to work in one of the designated office locations (Hartford CT, Blue Bell PA, Atlanta GA, or Chicago IL) for three days a week, while the remaining two days can be worked remotely. The internship will provide exposure to various business units, including Commercial Business and Government Businesses, and will involve participation in community service activities, professional development workshops, and mentorship opportunities. Interns will interact with senior leaders and have a higher likelihood of receiving a full-time job offer upon graduation. Past projects have included pricing strategies, strategic partnerships, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance business operations. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role, including for Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT).
