This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule from the Lansing metro and surrounding areas. Supervises assigned underwriting team, focusing on growing a profitable book of business. Answers questions, monitors business results and makes final decisions on complex accounts. Monitors and oversees the workload and performance of underwriting team. Develops and fosters agency relationships. Oversees the pricing of the book to match price to quality and manages the Letter of Authority process and file audits.
