  • Process new business quotes, risk selections, and change requests within authority.
  • Follow up with agents to resolve outstanding requirements.
  • Assist with agency and customer communications via incoming and outgoing phones calls, emails and other approved methods of communication.
  • Monitor and manage email communication from agents and customers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of policy files.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to leadership.
  • Maintain records according to company standards, ensuring that procedures are properly followed, and that information is accurately documented.
  • Ensure that QA metrics are met regarding client satisfaction and call management.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
  • High School diploma required.
  • 1+ years' experience in commercial agency or underwriting department required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible. Adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members in other departments.
  • Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
