Zurich North America is hiring an Underwriting Account Service Manager for our Middle Markets team in San Francisco, CA! While this position will be based out of our San Francisco office, you will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. You will partner with your manager to set a flexible work schedule that supports you, our customers, and our brokers and agents. This role may require you to be visible in the marketplace to meet with our agents and brokers and be in the office/market three days per week. Zurich Middle Markets has delivered double-digit growth over the last four consecutive years, and we strive to exceed that growth in the years ahead! We've been committed to assembling a team of dedicated Middle Market leaders who understand this space very deeply and who grasp the unique challenges of the various industry segments and the individual customers we serve. As a member of Zurich's leadership team, you will have the opportunity to lead, motivate and develop the Underwriting Account Servicing team to develop and deliver customer-specific, value-added services for existing and new Middle Market accounts.
