The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Receive communication (phone, electronic, written), answering questions, handling requests, binding coverage and resolving problems in a prompt manner. Knowledge of policy detail and interface for all processing. Process requests on our management system and send or transmit requests direct to the carrier and review upon receiving the download. Quoting new / renew business and changes in coverage as directed. Analyze and process renewals and remarket the account if necessary. Be familiar and follow agency guidelines. Other duties as assigned.
