About The Position

As an Underwriter, you’ll play a key role in helping customers secure financing by evaluating credit applications and working closely with dealers and internal teams. Your daytoday will include:
Reviewing and analyzing auto loan credit applications
Assessing risk and determining creditworthiness
Accurately using our underwriting software
Building strong relationships with dealerships in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky
Providing proactive, timely loan updates to customers and dealers
Collecting and verifying required documentation
Maintaining clean, accurate data in our origination system
Making outbound calls for followups and dealer engagement
Prioritizing your loan pipeline to ensure quick and efficient funding
Contributing to a collaborative, customerfirst team environment

Requirements

• Experience with indirect auto lending processes
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fastpaced setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Techsavvy and comfortable with loan origination systems
• Positive, cando attitude and a teamoriented mindset
• Proven ability to build and maintain longterm relationships
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
