About The Position

The position involves evaluating standard data to understand premium, claim, exposure, and population metrics. The role requires collaboration with a team to identify actionable data insights and irregularities. The candidate will learn to use and document models, tools, and assumptions that support business strategy analysis and risk management. Responsibilities include supporting quality and process improvement efforts, assessing risk of accounts with guidance, and developing a basic understanding of the external business environment. The role also involves presenting renewal recommendations to clients and collaborating internally to develop case/investment strategies. The candidate will assist in developing rates and account plans that mitigate risk, review information to support rate negotiations, and ensure external understanding of the underwriting approach. Building relationships with customers and channel partners is essential, as well as addressing data needs and requests. The position requires maintaining compliance with relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent OR Minimum one (1) year experience working in a corporate or business office environment.
