About The Position

The Underwriter for Financial Institutions & Public Fidelity within the Underwriting Solutions Group is responsible for evaluating and underwriting insurance applications for financial institutions and public entities. This role focuses on assessing risks, determining coverage terms, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines while providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in financial institutions or public fidelity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification in underwriting (e.g., CPCU, AU).
• Experience with financial lines of insurance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting financial institutions.
