Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
  • Act independently with minimal direction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Champion client success by providing exceptional service that fosters trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate across teams, working closely with producers and support staff to win and retain business in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Lead client relationships with confidence, supported by dedicated account management resources.
  • Mentor and inspire colleagues by sharing expertise and guiding them through sales and service strategies.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline sales processes and enhance client experiences.
  • Navigate account transitions with strategic insight and clear direction.
  • Own your success by crafting and executing a personalized business plan and production budget.
