Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• Two Years related experience and/or relevant training.
• Working knowledge of state and federal Lending regulations.
• Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reasoning ability to structure loan offers, understand regulations, policies and procedures.
• Member service and communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Analytics and creative reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite loan applications by reviewing member information, analyzing credit bureaus, verifying collateral value, and determining the overall ability for the member to repay.
• Review and decision indirect loan applications with professional and courteous dealer interaction.
• Provide timely cross-sale information, counter offers, credit line reviews/closures to internal team.
• Ongoing education and training.
