About The Position
The Underground Crew Leader - Telecom is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all underground telecommunications installation projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols. The Crew Leader will also be responsible for planning daily operations, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining communication with project managers and supervisors. Requirements

- Proven experience in underground telecommunications installation or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
