Are you a skilled Design Technician who has a passion for all things underground design? This may be the role for you where you can design infrastructure required for new connections to the network as well as overhead to underground conversions. You will also design the replacement or upgrades of assets as part of scheduled maintenance. Your design skills will directly contribute to enhancing the future safety and resilience of our network while delivering outstanding outcomes for our customers.

Requirements

• New Zealand Electrician Registration or equivalent with industry experience.
• Previous experience with design or construction of an underground distribution network.
• Flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing requirements and high priority complex timelines.
• Ability to think clearly under pressure.
• Strong and professional customer focus.
• Full Class 1 New Zealand Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities
