About The Position

The internship at ASM Global offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments such as Marketing, Sales, Technical Operations, and Sports and Live Events. Interns will support departmental tasks and projects while learning about the daily operations within the sports and entertainment industry.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for school credit and enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student
• Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 18 hours per week (20-30 hours preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to detail
• Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Competency with hand tools is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work with the public
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to work indoors and outside
• Must be a high-energy team player
• Must be organized, flexible, and able to accept direction and constructive criticism

Responsibilities

• Complete department project as assigned by department head
• Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks
• Support department for event preparation
• Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
• Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
• Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
